What does it mean when I have lime green colored urine along with sinus problems?

Question by : What does it mean when I have lime green colored urine along with sinus problems?
I have been sick for the past couple days with sinus problems. Atleast I think that is all it could be. My throat was very sore and nose was clogged. I also had a fever. The second day I had a bloody nose and green urine. What does mean? Now, the fever is gone and no more nose bleeds but that is all that has changed.
